Welcome to the Mediaquiz!

Not sure where to start in our Pixelpedia? No worries, the Mediaquiz is your personal guide to exploring media literacy skills.

This quiz helps you discover your strengths, identify growth areas and find the resources most useful for you in the Pixelpedia library.

How it works

• The quiz is split into 12 sections, each covering a different media literacy topic.
• You can complete the sections that interest you most. Skip up to a maximum of half (6) if you want.
• When you’re done, click “Show Results” at the bottom.

What you get

After completing the quiz, you’ll receive:

1. Your Pixel Media Literacy Profile - a personalised description with suggested goals and challenges.
2. A results summary - highlights your strengths and areas to grow, with links to the most relevant library sections.
3. A topic chart - visualises your level in each media literacy area.

Tip: Your results are only visible to you and not automatically saved. Use the buttons at the bottom to download or save your profile, summary or chart.

Time required

The full quiz takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
